Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: CTEventMasters requires either deposits or full payment for parties, and these are used as the security to reserve the item and the requested date. The deposit and payments cannot be refunded if the order is cancelled and it will be held as a credit on your account for a future rental with us.

During our peak rental season, which is the summer months, please guarantee the dates that you have paid for will work. We get bookings every few hours, so if you paid today, and want to cancel tomorrow, we can almost guarantee that people have called about the date you have just reserved, which is why we hold all funds as a credit with us.

What if there’s bad weather on my party date: For those parties that end up getting rained out or stormed out, the process is followed, and the funds will be held for a future date of your desire.

Can I cancel my rental: If you would like to cancel your rental, you absolutely can, but that security deposit or full payment that you have paid, is not refundable, and will be used as a credit to a future party that you have with us.
